comfortable living area. Downstairs is a two
bedroom unit with new kitchen plus dishwasher,
polished timber floors, balcony and a new
bathroom.
Surf Watch is only a couple of minutes walk
to the shops and cafes. Both properties
have off street carport parking for 1 car
and each
has its own laundry facilities.
