This property has the most panoramic view of Little Nobby, the beach and the mountains as well. There are two separate units, each with its own entrance.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms plus ensuite to the main bedroom. Breathtaking ocean views from large lounge room, dining and family room which opens on to BBQ area at back. Automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV and video.

Downstairs is a self contained one bedroom unit with generous size lounge/dining area, quality timber kitchen and own laundry facilities. Auto washing machine, TV, video.

Approximately 300 metres from the beach.

During school holidays Malibu is rented on a whole house basis - upstairs and downstairs together, sleeping 16 in total. Upstairs (3 bedrooms) sleeps 12: 2 queen beds, 3 x single bunks beds, 2 single beds. Downstairs (1 bedroom) sleeps 4: 1 queen bed and 2 good quality folding beds. Upstairs and downstairs are accessed externally - there is no inside access between the two levels.

There is parking for 2 cars on the concrete apron at the front of the house. Please note that Malibu is available to family groups only. Malibu is not available to "schoolies" or uni student groups.

Outside of school holiday times upstairs and downstairs are available to be booked separately.
